Fair questions
In your browser, on your device. There's no account and no server — we couldn't read your key if we wanted to, because it never reaches us. Details in the privacy policy.
What happens if I clear my browser or switch computers?Your key lives with your browser data, so clearing it clears the key too. Use "back up your key" on your key's final screen — it downloads your pages as plain files you can keep anywhere and re-paste on any machine.
Is this a password manager? No — and don't put passwords, card numbers, or IDs in it. A key is for the ordinary stuff you'd tell a new coworker on day one. Secrets don't belong in any AI chat, with or without USRKey.
What does it cost?Nothing. No account, no tier, no ads. If we ever charge for anything, it will be for convenience — never for access to your own information. That promise is written down at usrkey.org.
Who made this?Garner Digital. The format is open and public-domain, the developer docs are public, and the principles page is versioned in the open — you can check every claim yourself.
